Changing Expectations IT Services LLC ("Changing Expectations," "we," "us," or "our") makes changingexpectations.ai (the "Site") and related content available to you subject to these Terms. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you engage us for advisory services, the terms of the applicable signed engagement letter, master services agreement, or statement of work will govern that engagement and control over these Terms with respect to the services performed.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site and its content for your personal or internal business informational purposes.

Under this license you may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works from the Site or its content, except as expressly permitted;
• Use the content for commercial purposes or public display without our prior written permission;
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from any software on the Site;

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Changing Expectations disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Content on the Site — including insights, calculators, and frameworks — is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, compliance, financial, or professional advice. You should not act or refrain from acting based on Site content without seeking qualified professional advice specific to your circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Changing Expectations and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
