Technology partners that support the advisory model
We evaluate technology against your documented requirements — we are not limited to recommending a single vendor.
Partners are organized by the client requirement they satisfy: customer experience and communications, conversational AI and automation, enterprise AI and agentic workflows, and security, cloud, and infrastructure. Selection happens only after business outcomes, KPIs, readiness, security, and compliance requirements are established.

Commercial disclosures
Our advisory recommendations are driven by your KPIs, operating requirements, risk, and compliance profile where applicable — never by vendor compensation. Where a commercial relationship exists with a shortlisted partner, we disclose it in writing before you decide, and we will show you a comparable alternative that carries no economics to us.
- Referral or agent fees may apply on select CCaaS, CPaaS, cybersecurity, AI governance, threat detection, voice AI, and search and AI-visibility platforms and services when a client chooses to procure through us. These disclosures apply to every vendor listed on this page, including the CX, AI security, and voice AI partners above.
- Resale or co-sell margins may apply on Managed AI Operations delivered with our lead technical partner and on OpenAI-ecosystem engagements routed through the OpenAI Partner Network.
- Fee-only advisory is always available as an alternative — assessment, RFP, and selection engagements can be billed directly with no downstream economics from any vendor.
What "fee-only advisory" means
You pay us directly for the work — assessment, RFP, vendor selection, negotiation support, or implementation oversight — and we accept no referral, agent, or resale economics from any vendor considered or chosen in that engagement. You contract with the winning vendor directly, so no channel margin exists. It is the model most often chosen by public-sector buyers, regulated boards, and CFOs who need a clean audit trail that the recommendation carried no downstream compensation. The trade-off is a higher up-front advisory fee, since it is not offset by back-end channel economics.
Specific commercial terms for any recommended vendor are provided on request and documented in the engagement letter.
Let's build something together.
Whether you're a platform, integrator, or referral partner — we'd like to hear where our capabilities line up.
